Shipping & Returns

Methods of payment: Credit/debit card; PayPal; UK postal order; UK cheque. Credit or Debit card payments are made via a secure server which encrypts the information before sending across the internet. No credit/debit card information is captured by this website. Cards we accept: MasterCard; Visa; Visa Delta; Switch/Maestro. When paying by cheque or postal order, the order will only be dispatched once the cheque/PO has cleared.

We aim to despatch all orders within 2-5 working days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you. In the UK, cards are sent by Royal Mail 1st class mail, while everything else is sent Royal Mail 2nd class ‘Signed For’. Services used for other countries will depend on what is available for that country, but is usually one of the following Royal Mail services: International Tracked, International Signed, or International Tracked & Signed.

If you wish to cancel (or are considering cancelling) a product that you have ordered from us, please be aware of the following terms that apply: Legal rights of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations available for UK or EU consumers do not apply to certain products and services (for example, made to order items and personalised items).

Damaged or incorrectly supplied products: You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation and inform us within 14 days. You must return the products to us within 14 days of informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.

Damage during the course of returning products: If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage. Please note that Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ does not offer compensation for jewellery.

Other cancelled orders: If you want to cancel products that are not damaged or incorrectly supplied, then you must inform us of this within 14 working days the day after you receive the goods or services in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations or otherwise as soon as possible. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel. Products should be returned in or with their original packing, and in the condition that you received them.

This is not intended to be a full statement of all your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. Full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations are available in the UK from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or your Local Authority’s Trading Standards Office.

If you cancel your order in any of the circumstances set out above (except in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations) we will refund any money paid by you once you have returned any delivered products to us. In the case of damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a replacement product. Any refunds given by us will be made to the debit/credit card account provided when you placed your order and will be subject to our right to withhold amounts for products which are damaged on return, as outlined above.

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 14 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund, which will include the cost you originally paid for postage and packing. It will not include the cost of the return postage

Returning pierced earrings and made-to-order items – Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights on the above items (for example, if they’re not fit for purpose or not as described). If your item is faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose, please ᄉcontact usᄃ.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of the receipt of the ‘returns’ form, provided that the goods are returned within that period. Please include a returns form, or other letter giving your name, address, email address and order number.

Cost of returns – Most of our parcels fall into Royal Mail’s ‘Large Letter’ category, and weigh less than 100g. In the UK, with ‘Signed-For’ recorded delivery, this would cost approximately £2.30 to return. A larger ‘Small Parcel’ would cost from £4.30. Outside of the UK, the cost of return postage would depend on your local postal service.
