This Sterling silver twisted heart pendant measures approximately 15 x 11mm, including the bail from which it hangs.
Please bear in mind that, due to the age of this pendant, it is not neccesarily in bright and shiny newly-minted condition. Not all of these pendants are hallmarked or stamped. Sapphires range from mid/dark – dark blue.
