“Not all those who wander are lost”

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring ~ J.R.R. Tolkien

This silver-plated 28mm disc pendant is stamped with quotation from Lord of the Rings, and sits behind a freely moving matching compass charm. It is suspended from a matching 18″ chain.

The line comes from a poem written by Bilbo Baggins, and given to Frodo Baggins. It identifies Strider (Aragorn) as the rightful king. The full poem is:

“All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.”
