Halloween is fast approaching, so to celebrate I’ve decided to launch my blog, and naturally it’s centred on this special pagan festival.
Here are a selection of items from our stock of Halloween jewellery, as well as something special for Halloween birthday witches and wizards out there.
Jack Skellington Necklace
If you’re a fan of Tim Burton’s films, then the character this pendant might be familiar to you. It is, of course, based on Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas. A little bit eerie, but cute enough not to scare the kids too much when they come trick or treating. I make these with an 18” chain, but can adjust to fit – just let me know your requirements.
Cute Witch Clip-on Earrings
If you don’t have your ears pierced, you’ve probably found it nigh on impossible to source clip-on earrings. Before I had my ears pierced, I found that the clips were either too loose, meaning that they fell off, or they were so tight that they were painful.
I try to make a good selection of clip-on earrings, and I use a combination clip/screw fitting that means you can tighten it to the point that you want with the screw, but then use them as clips. There’s nothing scary about these little flying witches, and they’re small enough and light enough for children, too.
Bronze Spider and Web Earrings
The vintage look of bronze is very popular at the moment, and when I saw these spider webs, I had to try them.
To me they’re creepy, but then I’m scared of spiders! They’re available for unpierced ears as well, and also on a chain as a necklace.
Black Cat and Cauldron Birthday Card
Finally, if you have someone with a Halloween birthday, why not try this black cat and cauldron birthday card? The artwork is by the leading British fantasy and mythological artist, Briar.
Cards now ship in the UK for a set price of £1.50 no matter how many you buy, so why not have a look at some of the other artists available, such as Anne Stokes, Linda Ravenscroft and Pete Loveday?
Happy Halloween!
